You will work closely with the Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage resources, and maintain high-quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules and workflows.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address issues.,Manage and maintain production equipment and tools.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Document and report on production activities, including quality control measures and performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a similar discipline).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
