In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the health center runs smoothly, and providing excellent patient care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the health center, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.,Manage and maintain medical records and documentation.,Handle administrative tasks, including billing and insurance claims.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for staff and patients.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
