PT Nagari Kencana is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Oversee the fuel management system to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and service.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle fleet-related administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
