📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Coordinate with management to ensure that HR strategies align with business objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
