📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute in-store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Manage and maintain store displays to ensure they are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and provide excellent customer service.
• Use POS systems and CRM software to manage promotions and track sales data.
• Collaborate with the store manager and marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the marketing department.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your retail skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
