In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Help with the administration of employee benefits and payroll.,Coordinate with department heads to gather information for HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in team-building activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
