Sehati Rama Auto Service is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team and managers to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with external trainers and consultants to enhance the learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
