📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and staff supervision.,Ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications to patients.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and consultation to customers.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement training programs for pharmacy staff.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.,Manage pharmacy budgets and coordinate with suppliers for medication procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local and national pharmaceutical regulations.,Experience in inventory management and budgeting.,Certification in pharmacy management or a related field is a plus.
