📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on financial matters.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
