Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on equities, fixed income, or alternative investments.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and global financial markets and regulatory environment.,Proven track record of successful portfolio management and investment performance.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are highly regarded.
