Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards,Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention,Drive the development of innovative mortgage solutions to meet client needs,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Manage and mentor a team of mortgage advisors,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mortgage advisory or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage market and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience working in an international environment is a plus,Certifications in mortgage advisory or related fields are a plus,Proven track record of success in driving business growth and client satisfaction
