📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and used.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure that all dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
