📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring safe passage.,Monitor vessel systems and equipment to prevent any malfunctions.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and maintenance.,Assist in crew management, including scheduling and training.,Handle communication with port authorities and other maritime stakeholders.,Participate in emergency response drills and safety inspections.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to the crew.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License or equivalent certification.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with vessel systems and equipment.,Basic knowledge of navigation and chart reading.,Good physical fitness and ability to work long hours.
