📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they achieve their learning goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
