Greet and assist visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and messages.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Monitor and record visitor and guest information.,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
