📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking various bakery items
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of bakery products
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering
  • Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Learning and applying new baking techniques and recipes
  • Ensuring timely completion of daily production targets

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management
