📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell beauty and personal care products to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our products.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized retail space, ensuring it is inviting and appealing to customers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel and work in various retail locations across Bali.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
