📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals.
  • Ensuring high-quality food standards are met.
  • Managing the kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with kitchen maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Training and supervising junior cooks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with food cost control and menu planning.
  • Assisting with shift planning and scheduling.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Valid food handling certificate.
