📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and negotiation of procurement documents and contracts.,Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify the best value options.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Monitor and report on procurement spend and performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Support the Procurement Manager in managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.,Participate in procurement committees and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
