📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Experience in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
