PT Tirta Bhakti is seeking a dedicated Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Mempawah. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Support the supply chain manager in implementing and maintaining supply chain policies and procedures.,Assist in the analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in the development and implementation of new supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
