📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
• Use Salesforce to track and update customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Luxe Star Vacation's hotel partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the travel industry to enhance our service offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our telemarketing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).li>
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bali's tourism and hospitality landscape is beneficial.
