📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Recruit, train, and develop departmental staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
