UNITY Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Purwokerto. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to maintain optimal stock.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.,Resolve any issues related to inventory management and warehouse operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability.,Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
