📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and achieve team goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English language.
