Cafe Umar Laundry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the general manager and other department heads to ensure the restaurant aligns with the overall business goals and vision.,Ensure the restaurant's financial performance meets or exceeds targets, and manage the restaurant's budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant, including driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
