📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Lead and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety regulations and local laws.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant is a plus.
