📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance targets.,Manage and develop a team of store managers and staff, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive store performance.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and compliant.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that store performance aligns with company goals.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
