📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients and partners for construction tenders.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the construction industry.
• Create and present compelling proposals and bids for construction projects.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure bids are competitive and aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our tendering and bidding processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in tendering and bidding.
• Provide regular reports and updates on tendering and bidding activities to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of winning bids.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tendering and bidding, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully securing high-value tenders.
• Strong knowledge of construction tendering and bidding processes, including legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
