📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and referring partners.
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels and tools to attract and engage top talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
