VERTEX Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the guest book.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setups and catering arrangements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor and client information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
