📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Monitor and report on store performance metrics.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
