In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Manage vendor and customer accounts.,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
