MR.DIY is a leading provider of DIY and home improvement services in Bali. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive, Facilities Cost Control to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and controlling the costs associated with our facilities, ensuring that we operate within budget and deliver value for money. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, financial management, and a deep understanding of the hospitality or facilities management industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize waste.,Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on cost control activities and financial performance.,Work closely with facility managers and other departments to ensure that cost control initiatives are aligned with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost control and facilities management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in cost control and financial management.,Participate in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control, financial management, or a similar role in the hospitality or facilities management industry.,Strong knowledge of cost control principles, techniques, and tools.,Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
