📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior logistics coordinators and support staff.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve logistics issues.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
