📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the sales floor and ensuring a high level of customer service.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Stock management and ensuring product availability.,Promoting the brand and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.,Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Assisting in the organization of events and promotions.,Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury brand setting.,Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in training and mentoring staff is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
