In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
