📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensure that the store meets its sales targets and goals.
  • Manage and train a team of store employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
