Tanggung Jawab:
Coordinate and manage sea import and export shipments from inception to completion.Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements.Monitor and optimize shipping schedules, costs, and routes to ensure efficiency and competitiveness.Prepare and submit necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of shipments and any potential issues.Assist in the resolution of any shipping-related disputes or delays.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the shipping and logistics sector.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping coordination, particularly in sea import/export.Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating complex shipping operations.Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with shipping software and systems, such as TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
