📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.,Ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Oversee patient care, from initial consultation to treatment completion, ensuring high-quality service.,Develop and implement team training programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive patient experience.,Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and marketing, to support clinic operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Dentistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental clinic setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records systems.,Previous experience in team management and leadership.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
