📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user guides, manuals, and other reference materials to support customers.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in creating training materials and other educational content.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Provide subject matter expertise to support marketing and sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, XML, or other documentation formats.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
