📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and reported.,Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
