Business Relationship Officer (SHM Product) - Branch Depok

BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Business Relationship Officer to join our Depok branch and drive growth in our SHM (Surat Hak Milik) product portfolio. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by establishing and nurturing strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will be the face of BFI Finance in Depok, working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

With a strong focus on building trust and long-term partnerships, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-sale support. Utilizing our in-house CRM system and Salesforce, you will track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and retention.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to post-sale support.
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value.
• Stay updated on industry trends and financial products to provide informed recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of financial products, particularly SHM (Surat Hak Milik).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
