Every day, you'll be out in the field, building rapport with customers, negotiating payments, and following up on outstanding debts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct face-to-face visits to collect outstanding debts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Update and maintain accurate records using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and provide regular progress reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to debt collection.
