📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and their potential impact on the company's operations
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Prepare and present reports on compliance issues to senior management
- Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues
- Ensure the company's compliance with data protection and privacy laws
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in compliance or regulatory affairs (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
