📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough compliance reviews to ensure all loan applications meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and finalize loan agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for loan processing.
• Verify the authenticity of client documents and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies or issues that arise during the loan signing process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the loan signing process.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with loan processing software such as CIMB Niaga’s internal systems.
• Certification in financial services or compliance is a plus.
