📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform injections for pain management, including epidural, facet joint, and nerve blocks, using advanced techniques and equipment.
• Administer regenerative medicine treatments to promote tissue healing and regeneration.
• Educate patients on pain management strategies and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient records and maintain accurate medical charts.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pain management and regenerative medicine through continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support, fostering a positive and healing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pain management, injection therapy, and regenerative medicine.
• Certification in pain management or a related specialty from a recognized board.
• Proficiency in using advanced pain management tools and software, such as EPOS, PainView, and Medtronic Xomed systems.
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of regenerative medicine principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
