📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Horeca sector.
Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Horeca sector.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
