In this role, you will daily handle the assembly, dismantling, and inspection of scaffolding systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assemble, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Use Scaffmaster software to design and plan scaffolding layouts.
• Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to address any issues or challenges.
• Ensure all scaffolding is properly secured and stable before and during use.
• Maintain detailed records of scaffolding usage and inspections.
• Participate in team meetings and project reviews to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scaffolder or similar role in the construction industry.
• Valid Level 1 Scaffolding certification (e.g., from the Construction Industry Training Board or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Scaffmaster software and other relevant construction management tools.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and climbing.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
