- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and opportunities.
- Report on production performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing production processes and improving efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing software and tools, such as SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000, is a plus.
